About Us

Jessica M. Cotter, Esq.

I have passion for the Practice of Family law. I use this passion to help my clients through a very difficult time in their lives. This passion has led me to achieve things in my career that I never thought possible and at the same time help my clients. I have successfully argued a case at the court of appeals that was published. I have the privilege to mediate cases for the Maricopa County Superior court's family law division as a Judge Pro Tem. In addition to that I also have the opportunity to help parents resolve their issues as a Parenting Coordinator for the court, to prevent further litigation.

I attended Thomas Jefferson School of Law while I worked as an intern for the Family Law Facilitators Office and gained experience in the areas of Title I-VD child support matters. I graduated with Honors for Pro Bono work. Upon graduation, I relocated to Glendale, Arizona. I was licensed to practice in 2003 and have been practicing since 2003 primarily focusing on Family Law. I started this practice in August of 2007 and I have surrounded myself with an associate as well as legal staff with the same passion.
